Registered Auditor since 1995, number 62216 of the Italian Auditors’ Register.
Registered Court-appointed Expert for accounting matters at Court of the Reggio Emilia register.
Managing director and Partner of “SIMAR Revisioni S.r.l.”, auditing company headquartered in Bologna and registered in the Italian Auditors’ register.
For eight years she worked as auditor at “Coopers & Lybrand S.p.A.” (now PricewaterhouseCoopers – one of the major international auditing companies). During his professional activity, she gained solid skills within subject matters like: single and consolidated financial statements, both under the Italian and Internation Accounting Standards, for both manufacturing and trade industries.
She was involved in the project work for complex M&A investigations concerning multination groups, both in Italy and abroad. She was appointed interim controller in companies belonging to multinational groups, listed at foreigner stock exchange markets.
She works as trustee in bankruptcy and insolvency Court-appointed officer, as well as Court-appointed technical advisor civil and criminal prosecutions.
She is Professor within post-University programs for Accounting and Auditing.
