Since 1994 she practices as Chartered Certified Accountant in Italy.
During her professional activity, she gained solid and proven skills within subject matters like: corporate taxation, corporate Financial Statements carried out under both Italian GAAP and IAS/IFRS, M&A, companies’ appraisal, corporate contracts etc..
She also gained significant and solid skills for V.A.T. national and international subject matters, for both goods and services.
She is appointed as Statutory Auditor by various corporations.
